Refund policy
At Le Matcha, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of matcha and health/safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to make things right in the event of an issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lematchaboutique.com or fill out our contact form to start your return. Please include your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and reason for return. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund where applicable once the item is received and inspected.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
